Simone Gately could quite possibly be the fittest mom out there, and the 34-year-old says she’s proof that there shouldn’t be any excuse for not working out. She wakes up at 5 a.m. every day to hit the gym and also hikes and does squats, using her kids as weights, all whom are under the age of nine.
She’s also married to an obesity professor, so we think that could also be a key contributor to her motivation, but nonetheless you have to appreciate her discipline and dedication.
